GROUND FLOOR
The chalet has a large open plan living area.
It has a well equipped kitchen, with an induction hob, built in oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and insinkerator. There is a fondue set and a nespresso coffee machine but please bring your own capsules.
The dining area seats 10, as does the large sofa space which offers access onto the south facing balcony, with fantastic views of the magnificent la Fare waterfall and down the valley.
A flat screen Smart TV has English channels, allows login to various streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is a DVD player and free wifi. Please note there are no French domestic TV channels.
There is a useful bathroom on this level with W/C, Shower and sink.
LOWER LEVEL
Chalet Soldanelle has 4 Bedrooms on the lower level, all bedrooms have plentiful wardrobe space.
Bedroom 1 has a Superking sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with w/c, shower and basin.
Bedroom 2 can be made up as either a twin or a superking and has an ensuite shower room with w/c, shower and basin.
Bedroom 3 can be made up as either a twin or a superking. This room can accommodate an extra mattress (with base) to sleep 3 if needed.

Bedroom 4 has a double bed.
There is a large family bathroom on this level with W/C, Bath with overhead shower and a basin. There is a laundry cupboard with both a washing machine and separate tumble dryer
MEZZANINE
Bedroom 5 : Stairs up from the dining area lead to bedroom 5 on the mezzanine level. It has a king sized bed and is flooded with light from the velux window. It has a glass wall looking down into the living area which is curtained for privacy.
Please note that although the mezzanine bedroom is enclosed and private, it is not completely soundproofed from the living area.
The stairs are very steep so not suitable for the very young or old.
GARAGE
Chalet Soldanelle has a spacious garage for skis and boot storage.
The garage provides a secure location for bike storage. There is a second fridge freezer in the garage if you need more space for food or drinks.

Outdoor furniture, for use on the balcony in the summer, is stored in the garage - outdoor dining table and chairs, sun-loungers, reclining chairs, and a parasol are available.
​
There is a private parking space to the right of the chalet and also ample free covered parking in the main village.
